The Approach

Holistic services for Frisco patients

From biological treatments you won't find at a typical dental office to gentle everyday care, here's how we help Frisco patients stay healthy. Slide through to explore everything we offer.

HOLISTIC DENTISTRY

Dr. Engram, our biological dentist in Frisco, looks at each material and treatment to support your body’s natural healing.

OZONE THERAPY

A natural, minimally invasive approach using ozone gas or ozonated water to target harmful bacteria with a favorable safety profile.

SMART AMALGAM REMOVAL

Dr. Engram is IAOMT-certified and safely removes mercury fillings using strict protocols to minimize mercury exposure.

GENERAL DENTISTRY

We offer basic dental procedures to preserve your smile's function, comfort, and long-term oral health with gentle care.

PREVENTIVE DENTISTRY

Preventing dental issues is easier than treating them. Cleanings and exams help protect enamel, gums, and detect problems early.

EMERGENCY DENTISTRY

Emergency dental care provides fast treatment for toothaches and injuries to relieve pain and help preserve your smile.

RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY

Restore your smile with biocompatible treatments that enhance aesthetics while rebuilding strength and full biting function.

DENTAL CROWNS

A dental crown is a custom-made cap that covers the tooth with cracks or extensive caries. It helps to restore the tooth's shape and protect its root.

DENTAL IMPLANTS

Dental implants replace missing teeth with a biocompatible root that provides a strong, stable, and natural-looking restoration.

WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL

Wisdom teeth removal helps prevent pain, crowding, infection, and protects nearby teeth and your bite alignment.

LASER THERAPY

Our clinic uses laser technology to treat a variety of problems. It provides precise results and helps reduce the invasiveness of the procedure.

Patient Love

What our Frisco patients say

“Dr. Engram is brilliant and her holistic approach to treating the patient is from the mindset that everything in our bodies is connected and the mouth is the gateway. It is more than refreshing in our current world, that seeks to approach health from a merely symptomatic way of thinking, to have a medical professional that will ask and answer the important questions about the best ways to heal the entire body by addressing the underlying issues. Well done Dr. Engram, as long as I live in Texas, I will be a patient!”

-Nick F

I really like this dentist. Dr. B got me in and really explained and answered all my questions. He was thorough and kind. I loved his assistant which was caring, informative and also kind. 👍 Their alternative methods of treatment, I found fascinating and encouraging!

-Kelly McClure

“Dr. Engram is very friendly and caring. She explains what needs to be done and you make the decision. She is not ‘pushy’ like a lot of Dentist on getting work done. She lets you know the importance and you schedule when you can afford it and it is good for you. I highly recommend her for all family members.”
